Traco Mfg., Inc., has been recognized as a woman business entity as of January, 2005.

Traco Mfg., Inc., specializes in machined plastics, plastic fabrication and vacuum forming in a 24,312 square foot facility located just off I-90, Exit 48 in Batavia, New York. (MAP)

At Traco, we will aid in the design and development of your plastic products. The spectrum of parts we manufacture includes: medical, retail store fixtures, business machine parts, automotive and agricultural and construction equipment. Quantity of runs depends on your needs. We will short run quantities or run whatever production quantity you need to fill your requirements.

Our machining equipment is supported by Master CAM CAD/CAM Level X3 software. We send and receive standard or zipped E files in either IGES or DXF format. Send us your E files at tracoeng@rochester.rr.com.

Traco Manufacturing, Inc. was started in March, 1997. The members of our staff have many years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. Our machining equipment includes:

- 2007 Model 45 Thermwood 5x10 CNC Router with 9 tool changer and 5 up drill bank.

- 2006 Model 45 Thermwood 5x10 CNC Router with 9 tool changer and 5 up drill bank.

- 2001 Thermwood C40 CNC Router, 91,000 super controller, 3,000-24,000 RPM, 10HP Router, 5’x10” capacity, up to 1500 inches/minute feed speed, 4 position Bar Style Tool Changer, 15 HP Vacuum hold down system.

- 2001 Milltronics VM 24 machining center, centurion 6 controls, 12,000 RPM spindle 24”x40” capacity, 20 cell tool changer.

- 1995 Milltronics Partner I machining center, centurion 5 controls, 10,000 RPM spindle 20”x24” capacity, 12 cell tool changer.

- 2-2000 Bermaq Edge Polishers. This machine is used to support all facets of our retail store fixture departments. It is a heavy-duty production machine used to complete edge work and/or prepare edgework for multipiece construction.

- 1998 Edge Finisher, EF-2000, Edge Finisher, Edge Polisher, with a 2” capacity. This machine is used to support all facets of our retail store fixture departments. It is a heavy-duty production machine used to complete edge work and/or prepare edgework for multipiece construction.

- 1994 Dry poll 3 station rotary production vacuum former with an 8 zone ceramic heating system, 5’x 6’ x 24” z draw capacity, deeper draws may be available depending on mold configuration.

- 2’x3’ single station vacuum former, radiant panel heating system, 16” z depth, Allen-Bradley DA200 control system.

- Other equipment: shapers, routers, saws, drill presses, sanders, oxyhydro-flaming stations, and plastic welders.
